Staff Systems Engineer - Robinhood

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, reliable system designs for Robinhood's financial platform.
• Own system engineering lifecycle: architecture, validation, and deployment.
• Implement testing frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system requirements.
• Create and refine processes for system integration and verification.
• Prototype and test new concepts for scalable solutions.
• Improve system performance and scalability post-deployment.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Systems Engineering.
• Proficiency in distributed systems and some coding experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience with technical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation:

• Salary: $139,000 - $210,000 (depending on location).
