Role Overview
As part of the Data team, you’ll work with Finance, Product, and Engineering to optimize financial operations, streamline cash flow processes, and develop advanced data models and pipelines. You’ll transform raw data into actionable insights, enhancing decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to support growth initiatives and improve financial processes.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, models, and dashboards to deliver key insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, execute solutions, and scale systems through automation.
• Present insights through interactive dashboards and visualizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in ETL processes, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with data pipelines and orchestration systems like Apache Airflow.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and eagerness to learn.
• Self-starter with excellent collaboration and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrates Coinbase values: clear communication, positive energy, ownership, efficiency, and continuous learning.
• Bachelor's Degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Pay Transparency
Target salary: €103,000/year (plus bonus, equity, and benefits).
