Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading complex financial and system-based projects, with strong cross-departmental coordination.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and proactive problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchange architecture, low-latency trading, order matching, and API integration.
• Proficient in data analysis, strategic thinking, and applying industry insights to product development.
• Experience in the MENA region preferred, with fluency in English and Mandarin highly desirable.
