Team Overview:
The Core FP&A team partners with Coinbase’s Trust & Risk, People Success, Platform Engineering, Finance, and Security Teams. This role focuses on Trust & Risk and People Success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and trend identification.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close activities.
• Develop tools for financial reporting, budget allocation, and decision-making insights.
• Partner cross-functionally on P&L forecasting, headcount management, and ad hoc analyses.
• Create and present compelling business review materials for leadership.
• Drive impactful financial modeling, metrics, and data analysis to influence decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in finance, consulting, tech, or analytical roles at public companies.
• Expertise in financial modeling and advanced problem-solving.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills:

• 2+ years in FP&A business partnering.
• Advanced degree in business or finance.
• Experience with tools like Looker, Anaplan, Coupa, or NetSuite; SQL or Python skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with fintech, crypto, or financial services industries.

Location: Remote
Pay Range: $127,750–$149,500 USD
