Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager, People Analytics to lead efforts in transforming People data into actionable insights. This role partners with senior stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions to enhance our workforce and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze People data to uncover trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on actionable insights and hypothesis testing.
• Drive enablement efforts, ensuring stakeholders have the right tools and data for impactful decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, data science, or business analytics, with strong HR process knowledge.
• Proficiency in Looker, SQL, and Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative skills with excellent communication.

Preferred

• Experience in high-growth tech environments.

Pay Transparency

• $170,850—$201,000 USD annually, plus target bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
