Responsibilities

• Partner with Sr. Operations Managers and Scaled Operations Leadership to implement People Programs, including compensation, feedback, and engagement.
• Support workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
• Coach front-line managers and address on-the-ground talent needs.
• Enhance employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Collaborate with India and APAC leadership to optimize local operations and integrate cultural best practices.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, ensuring fairness and compliance with labor laws.
• Work with HR, Legal, and leadership to develop and administer employee policies.

Qualifications

• ~5 years HR/PeopleOps experience, ideally in shared services.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
• Experience with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Greenhouse, and Jira is a plus.
• BS/BA/MBA degree preferred.
