We’re looking for a Liquidity Risk Manager with expertise in managing liquidity risks across prime brokerage activities. You will design and oversee the liquidity risk framework for CB Prime, manage risks across our institutional products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape scalable solutions. This role reports to a Director in Financial and Operational Risk and is based in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate liquidity risks in prime brokerage activities (trading, financing, custody, staking, etc.).
• Develop and implement a liquidity risk framework and set risk limits across legal entities.
• Monitor outflows, contingent liabilities, and modeled liquidity scenarios.
• Influence product design to address structural risks during development.
• Prepare liquidity risk reports for senior management and escalate concerns as needed.
• Recommend and enforce policies for emerging risks and existing products.
• Partner with teams across product, operations, and legal to resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in liquidity risk management at a global financial institution.
• Proven expertise in prime brokerage and derivatives liquidity risks.
• Strong quantitative skills and understanding of capital markets.
• Effective communicator with commercial insight and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Thrives in a dynamic, high-performing environment.

Preferred

• Knowledge of emerging crypto trends.

Pay Range
£74,250—£82,500 GBP annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
