Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily trading platform operations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure project targets are met within set timelines and budgets, managing all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Analyze data to identify insights, define and track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Apply risk awareness during execution and project management.
• Partner with related business units (BUs) to achieve mutual success for Spot trading and other divisions.
• Assess business demands and provide solutions with actionable implementation plans.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in investment banking, financial services, or the crypto industry.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain, trading, and exchange operations (e.g., order book, liquidity, trading rules).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with API usage.
• Strong critical thinking, communication skills (bilingual preferred), and a quick learning ability.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across regions and teams.
