Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations Managers to implement People Programs (compensation, feedback, engagement).
• Support workforce planning, performance management, and skills development.
• Provide coaching to managers and address talent needs.
• Enhance employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with leadership in India and APAC to integrate local best practices.
• Act as a POC for employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Work with HR, Legal, and leadership to administer policies and ensure fairness.

Requirements:

• ~5 years of HR/PeopleOps experience, ideally in shared services.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in customer experience.
• Experience in fast-growing, dynamic environments; adept at problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset.
• Excellent judgment, confidentiality handling, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Greenhouse, and Jira is a plus.
• BS/BA/MBA preferred.
