Role Overview:

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive expansion across the MENASA region. This role involves crafting strategies for new product launches, fostering collaboration with internal tech and marketing teams, and optimizing operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure regional business compliance with local regulations and align with central policies.
• Develop strategies and mid-term roadmaps to enhance user growth in the region.
• Analyze industry and consumer insights using internal and external resources.
• Support country managers in innovating strategies, improving operations, and executing business models.
• Oversee regional and country-specific marketing activities and performance.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle and Performance Marketing teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Partner with central teams to address local operational challenges.
• Lead key turnkey projects as the primary project manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in operations and marketing with a strong track record in growth tactics.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and implement strategic insights.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking initiative and leading sustainable operations.
