We are looking for an experienced and motivated Influencer/KOL and Affiliate Manager to join our regional marketing team. The role focuses on driving our KOL and Affiliate network, launching new programs, and ensuring seamless operations to boost performance. You will collaborate with various teams to provide affiliates with the tools and resources needed to enhance user engagement and expand Binance's reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize affiliate programs to maximize performance.
• Launch and expand affiliate networks with new partnerships.
• Develop campaigns and initiatives to engage KOLs and drive results.
• Act as a bridge between Binance and the affiliate community, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the data team to analyze performance metrics and provide insights.
• Set operational strategies to align affiliate management with business goals.
• Report on program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather feedback from affiliates to refine campaigns and products.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the Web3/crypto space.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in Web3/Fintech.
• Data-driven mindset with strategic decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Spanish native speaker; fluent in English (Portuguese or other languages is a plus).
• Willingness to travel.
