Job Description (Good at Data Analysis)

 

We are looking for a professional with excellent advertising capabilities and leadership to serve as an advertising manager to help us conduct performance advertising worldwide. You will be responsible for the formulation and execution of media advertising strategies for ASA/Twitter/Tiktok, focusing on increasing the number of users, transaction volume and ROI of App advertising.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  1. 1. Advertising strategy formulation and implementation
  • Develop advertising strategies for the global market, mainly focusing on ASA/Twitter/Tiktok.
  • Optimize advertising creatives, delivery strategies, and budget allocation to improve user acquisition efficiency and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize advertising effectiveness based on data-driven decisions and insights.

 

  1. 2. Channel and budget management
  • Be familiar with and master the delivery rules and optimization techniques of ASA/Twitter/Tiktok.
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with advertising platforms and channels to obtain resource support and technical guidance.
  • Monitor budget usage to ensure advertising efficiency and cost control.

 

  1. 3. Data analysis and optimization
  • Use advertising data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) to analyze delivery performance.
  • Proficient in using A/B testing, audience segmentation, attribution models and other methods to optimize delivery effects.
  • Provide data-driven creative optimization suggestions to improve advertising creative performance.

 

  1. 4. Cross-departmental collaboration
  • Collaborate with product, operations and data teams to ensure advertising is aligned with business goals.
  • Make advertising strategy recommendations based on data insights to support business decisions.

 

Job Requirements

  1. 1. Work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising and familiar with performance advertising in the global market.
  • With rich experience in App advertising, he is able to independently manage the entire process from strategy formulation to execution.

 

  1. 2. Professional skills
  • Familiar with ASA/Twitter/Tiktok and daily operations and optimization.
  • Proficient in advertising data analysis tools (such as GA, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Mastering ROI optimization methods can improve delivery efficiency through data-driven means.
  • Familiar with the rules and best practices of programmatic advertising, and proficient in cross-platform delivery management.

 

  1. 3. Language skills
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate seamlessly with international teams and global partners.

 

  1. 4. Educational background
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising or related fields is preferred.
