Main Responsibilities:
Product Planning and Design
Lead the demand analysis, functional design and product planning of AI+financial products, and formulate product roadmap.
In-depth analysis of the pain points of financial services, combined with AI technology for product innovation and optimization, and promotion of the application of AI models and algorithms in the financial industry (such as intelligent risk control, quantitative investment, personalized financial management, anti-fraud, etc.).
Work closely with financial experts, data scientists, engineers, etc. to ensure that product design meets market demand and is technically feasible.
Algorithms and Technology Advancement
Coordinate and promote the AI algorithm team to develop LLM large language models, machine learning, deep learning and other models that meet the needs of the financial industry.
Participate in data analysis, model development and algorithm verification to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm in financial scenarios.
Track the development trends of AI technology, evaluate and introduce cutting-edge algorithms and technologies, and continuously improve product competitiveness.
Product implementation and optimization
Responsible for product life cycle management, coordinating resources from all parties to promote project implementation and launch.
Through data monitoring and user feedback, we continuously optimize product functions and performance, and improve product market adaptability and user satisfaction.
Ensure product stability and efficiency, and solve technical and business problems encountered by users during use.
Cross-departmental communication and coordination
Work closely with the technical team, data science team, business team and other functional departments to ensure efficient collaboration in product development and implementation.
Communicate with senior management regularly to report project progress, market feedback and team work results to ensure that product direction is consistent with the company's strategic goals.
Job requirements:
Education
Bachelor degree or above in computer science, financial engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics and other related majors, master degree or above is preferred.
Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience as an AI or algorithm-related product manager. Candidates with a background in the financial industry (such as banking, insurance, securities, asset management, etc.) are preferred.
Rich experience in AI and big data algorithm applications, familiar with the principles of machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning and other algorithms and their applications in the financial field.
Skills required
Familiar with common application scenarios in the financial industry, such as credit scoring, risk management, algorithmic trading, portfolio optimization, etc.
Applicants with certain programming skills, familiarity with languages such as Python and R, and experience in using machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) are preferred.
Good data analysis skills, able to drive decisions and optimize products through data.
Communication and teamwork
Good cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills can effectively promote project progress.
With strong business sensitivity and market insight, he is able to design practical AI products based on business needs.
