Role Overview: As a Financial Crime Compliance Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize case management workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You’ll be the main point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors, managing system updates, resolving issues, and overseeing change management. Your role will also include training team members on system updates and managing system access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance workflows to improve the case management system’s efficiency and compliance.
- Test existing and new workflows to ensure they meet functionality and regulatory standards.
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors, prioritizing system enhancements and resolving issues.
- Own the resolution of system issues, ensuring timely fixes and effective communication.
- Deliver training on system and workflow updates.
- Manage system access and oversee the change management process.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in financial crime compliance, with at least 3 years of hands-on AML system design and enhancement experience.
- Proven success in delivering regulatory and compliance projects within complex financial services environments.
- In-depth knowledge of AML regulatory requirements, both in the U.S. and internationally.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Financial Crime-related certifications (ACAMS, ICA, etc.) preferred.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in fintech or the crypto industry.
- Additional certifications such as ACAMS, CCAS, TRM-CI, TRM-ACI.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $113,900—$134,000 USD (dependent on location)
- Target bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
