Role Overview
As a key leader, you will drive growth strategy, collaborating closely with the CEO to shape company direction. Utilizing your finance, crypto, blockchain, or venture development experience, you will optimize structures, processes, and strategic priorities to fuel growth, particularly in marketing, business development, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent CAIZ externally in finance and blockchain matters to investors and partners.
• Partner with the CEO to align on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Manage and support marketing, business development, and customer support, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Establish and implement a scalable organizational structure and processes.
• Lead investor communications and growth-related initiatives.
• Create and execute an organizational chart and hiring roadmap.
• Spearhead business development for client acquisition and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years in leadership and operations, managing teams.
• Experience in finance, DeFi, or blockchain, with strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, financial, and budget management skills.
• Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
