We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to shape our tech strategy, lead innovation, and ensure efficiency and security across all systems. The CTO oversees all aspects of technology, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement tech strategy to align with business goals
• Discover new technologies for competitive advantage
• Oversee system infrastructure, quality assurance, and data protection
• Set and monitor KPIs, IT budgets, and communicate strategy to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of CTO experience, ideally in Blockchain/Crypto
• Strong tech leadership, project management, and cybersecurity skills
• Fluent in German and English
