Position Overview
Join the most influential company in the blockchain industry and contribute to the crypto revolution. We are looking for a motivated individual to help drive KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement and affiliate marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• KOL Recruitment & Relationship Building: Identify and recruit regional KOLs, nurture long-term relationships, and act as a primary point of contact.
• Campaigns & Performance Tracking: Develop KOL campaigns to promote Binance's products, track KPIs, and analyze performance to optimize future initiatives.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with Global, Marketing, PR, and Compliance teams to ensure integrated strategies and adherence to guidelines.
• Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities.
• Event Management & Referrals: Organize KOL events and manage the Retail Referral Program to engage users and boost impact.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills, with a knack for working across time zones.
• Previous experience in business development or marketing is advantageous.
• A keen interest in crypto, blockchain, and Binance is desirable.
