Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze call center data to assess performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs, including call volume, agent productivity, and resolution rates.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track and visualize performance trends.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience and reduce costs.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in call center operations and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Suite, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of call routing, queue management, and service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
