Robinhood is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to provide top-tier support to our most active customers. In this role, you'll resolve complex issues, proactively engage clients, and enhance their experience through exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver white-glove customer support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Engage customers with proactive outreach to build relationships.
  • Become a subject matter expert in financial products, including Margin and Options Trading.
  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback to improve services.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses (Required).
  • 2+ years of experience in financial customer support.
  • Experience with high-net-worth and active traders.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in-office with flexible shift schedules.
