About the Role

As our first in-house legal hire, you'll establish and manage our legal framework, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks in Web3 and AI. You’ll provide strategic legal counsel and oversee corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop legal policies, processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee corporate governance, contracts, compliance (GDPR, AML, OFAC), and regulatory updates.
• Support fundraising, equity administration, and investor agreements.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership.
• 3+ years of legal experience (law firm and/or in-house).
• Expertise in corporate governance, contracts, and Web3/AI regulations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
