Role: People Relations Specialist
We’re looking for a skilled HR professional to foster a positive workplace and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role supports early to mid-level managers in applying performance management policies and addressing workplace issues. Periodic presence at our London office may be required to strengthen stakeholder relationships and support in-person HR activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and practices.
• Handle workplace issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support performance management, including documentation, improvement plans, and terminations.
• Maintain and update HR playbooks and processes.
• Coach managers and employees to enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of HR experience with intermediate knowledge of HR principles and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (English required).
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Details:

• Location: Remote (UK-based; occasional office presence in London).
• Pay Range: £54,000—£60,000 GBP + bonus, equity, and benefits.
