About the Role
The Talent Programs team ensures our hiring processes are efficient, high-quality, and future-ready. We innovate, anticipate challenges, and tackle problems head-on. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our hiring practices and building a talent-dense organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Interviewer Programs to enhance hiring quality.
  • Establish and maintain consistent, compliant interviewer standards.
  • Analyze and optimize interviewer workload and capacity.
  • Align interviewer assessment criteria to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
  • Improve tools and processes for interviews and executive offer reviews.
  • Leverage data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in recruiting with 2+ years of leading impactful programs.
  • Proven track record of taking projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills.
  • Data-driven and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and adept at using tools like generative AI.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing interviewer programs in tech organizations.

Compensation
Annual salary: $127,075–$149,500 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
