The Role
We’re seeking a Senior BI Engineer to join our People Analytics team, driving data-backed decision-making through scalable infrastructure, insights, and tools. You’ll collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure people data is actionable, accessible, and impactful across four key pillars: advisory, product development, advanced analytics, and surveying.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and metrics to inform people-related decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection and deliver scalable insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, bridging gaps between stakeholders and data engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL expertise with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in data design principles and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Experience with relational/dimensional data models and disparate data sources.
• Familiarity with Looker (or similar tools), data security practices, and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years in People Analytics or a background in I/O Psychology or Organizational Design.
• Python proficiency and experience with ETL workflows using Github and Airflow.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive data.

Compensation

• Annual salary: $144,500—$170,000 USD (varies by location).
• Includes bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
