Role Overview:
Join Binance's Web3 wallet security team, managing the end-to-end security lifecycle, collaborating across teams, and driving impactful security features and optimizations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage security projects and ensure quality deliverables.
• Design and implement Web3 wallet security features, working closely with security engineers.
• Create detailed project plans aligned with agile sprints.
• Develop and monitor operational workflows, emphasizing automation.
• Address security incidents and recommend improvements to products and rules.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Chinese and English for effective communication with global stakeholders.
• Agile project management experience with a Web3 background.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficient in project tools like Confluence and Jira; experience writing technical documents.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, adaptable to a fast-changing, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of Web3 security issues such as phishing, address poisoning, and contract auditing is a plus.
