What You’ll Do

• Develop content strategies that drive customer engagement and business impact
• Partner with product, design, data science, and research teams
• Utilize performance metrics and user insights to refine content
• Lead content-first workshops and strategy discussions
• Advocate for clear, concise language aligned with Robinhood’s mission

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years in Content Design or UX Writing
• Strong systems-thinking and ability to scale content frameworks
• Experience shaping product vision, defining content metrics, and presenting insights
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with product teams
• Familiarity with compliance and legal content approvals
• A portfolio showcasing past work
