ASO strategy formulation : Understand the changes in the IOS and Google Play keyword ranking algorithms, formulate corresponding ASO optimization strategies, including keyword selection and combination, and continuously improve keyword coverage and the number of TOP 3 keywords.
Data monitoring and analysis : Responsible for monitoring the product's search optimization and conversion optimization in the app store, analyzing data and adjusting optimization plans in a timely manner to increase the product's natural additions.
Technical and cooperative support : Responsible for expanding store downloads to boost traffic and improve product download rankings in the financial list; responsible for working closely with ASO and designated regions to continuously improve the overall addition of products in the region, and accumulate regional competitive product research and user research reports.
Competitive product analysis : Analyze competitors’ ASO strategies, discover and apply best practices, and continuously optimize your own strategies.
Team Management and Training : Lead and manage the ASO team, provide training and support to team members, and improve the overall skill level of the team.
Job Requirements
Educational background : Bachelor degree or above in marketing, e-commerce, computer and other related majors.
Work experience : At least 3 years of ASO work experience in the leading Internet/Crypto industry, and at least 1 year of ASO team management experience.
Professional skills : Ability to interpret app store privacy policies; Good at industry, regional, and user research, and able to produce effective research directions based on research.
Analytical ability : Good at data analysis, able to make optimization strategy adjustments based on data to improve ASO effects.
Communication skills : Excellent English proficiency, familiar with ASO related data tool websites; Have good communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work closely with content, technology and operations teams.
Learning ability : Pay close attention to the app store keyword ranking algorithm and industry trends, and have the ability to continuously learn and update knowledge.
