About the Role
The Corporate Development & Ventures team drives strategy and executes M&A and strategic investments to advance Coinbase’s mission. We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to lead and optimize integration processes for our acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pre- and post-close M&A integration plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Drive end-to-end integration processes, from due diligence to long-term success measurement.
• Manage integration timelines, team coordination, and issue resolution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring effective collaboration across workstreams.
• Enhance integration frameworks and contribute to developing scalable processes.
• Support the team’s growth by refining processes and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of M&A or post-merger integration experience (corporate or consulting).
• Strong program management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Passion for technology, crypto, and continuous improvement.
• BA/BS degree.

Preferred

• 5+ years of post-merger integration experience.
• Experience in financial services or digital currency sectors.

Pay Transparency
Target annual salary: $127,075–$149,500 USD (includes bonus, equity, and benefits).
