Associate Manager, Market Operations - Coinbase

What You’ll Do

• Lead market operations during APAC trading hours for Coinbase Derivatives (CDE) and Coinbase International (INTX).
• Provide frontline support on exchange functionality, market events, product specs, and connectivity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive growth while maintaining service standards and managing operational risk.

What We Look For

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial markets or technical operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting via voice, email, or chat channels.
• Knowledge of futures, options, and digital assets.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Nice to Haves

• Understanding of network and FIX protocol.
• Data skills (SQL).
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, JIRA).

Pay Range: $195,500 SGD annually + target bonus, equity, and benefits.
