Associate, Partner Management, BD - Coinbase

Role Summary:
The Consumer Business Development Partner Management team at Coinbase drives the growth and value of key partnerships in areas like payments, stablecoins, and mobile. As an Associate in Partner Management, you’ll manage and grow Coinbase’s strategic relationships, working closely with cross-functional teams (product, finance, legal, compliance) to transition deals from negotiation to implementation, optimize partnerships, and support long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with deal and product teams to implement and optimize partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to operationalize partnerships, set goals, and track success metrics.
• Maintain strong partner relationships, manage KPIs, and resolve business or technical issues.
• Conduct regular business reviews and recommend expansion opportunities.
• Support all aspects of the partner management lifecycle, from opportunity scoping to negotiation and implementation.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in tech, financial services, fintech, or consulting with experience in partner management or business development.
• Skilled in managing complex projects, problem-solving, and communication.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Creativity and persistence in a fast-paced environment.
• Crypto passion and experience in business development or growth are a plus.
