Associate, Partner Management, BD - Coinbase

As part of the Consumer Business Development team, the Associate, Partner Management will oversee and grow strategic partnerships across verticals, collaborating with product, deal leads, and cross-functional teams. The role involves transitioning deals from negotiation to implementation, managing relationships, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities to optimize partnership performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to manage partnerships, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Work with stakeholders like finance, legal, and compliance to operationalize partnerships and set business goals.
• Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to expand and improve partnerships.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance partner relationships and align with product and business objectives.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle from scoping and negotiation to implementation and optimization.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, fintech, strategic partner management, or management consulting.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and navigate a dynamic environment.
• Creative, resourceful, and results-driven, with a focus on improving partner engagement and value creation.

Preferred:

• Experience in business development or product partnerships.
• Passion for crypto and experience in deal negotiation.
