About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program offers early-career professionals an immersive experience in the Web3 space. Through hands-on work and professional development, participants gain insight into the operations of a global blockchain leader. This program emphasizes networking, skill development, and career growth opportunities.

Eligibility: Current university students or recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop client acquisition methods using data-driven insights.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
• Identify trading requirements for individual and corporate clients.
• Implement market growth strategies in the EU.
• Monitor and analyze trading volume, revenue metrics, and user behavior.
• Produce comprehensive reports with clear quantitative and visual data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress or completed within the last year.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in complex situations.
• Preferred experience in account management, sales, banking, or financial services.
• Passion for crypto.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required.
