We are seeking a Social Media Manager to engage and grow our local communities in Brazil and Argentina. The ideal candidate is crypto-savvy with a deep understanding of the industry and social media trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Binance’s local social media channels (IG, X, YT, TT) with a focus on community engagement and crypto culture.
• Develop and execute local social media strategies, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to craft timely, relevant content.
• Build relationships with content creators and local Web3 communities.
• Organize Binance Live sessions, webinars, and community-driven activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in digital marketing or social media management.
• Native Portuguese speaker; fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of the crypto market and Binance’s product suite.
• Proficiency in social media content creation and influencer marketing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven.
