Role Overview:
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll partner with senior management to lead and develop a team of sales and service associates, preparing to run your own branch. You’ll balance sales and operational responsibilities while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in financial sales and 3+ years in financial services management.
  • Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) required; Series 9/10 and Insurance licenses needed within 60 days of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support branch operations, risk management, and client resolution.
  • Mentor and develop associates to drive sales and service excellence.
  • Execute local marketing and educational initiatives to grow business.

Skills:

  • Strong relationship management, sales coaching, and compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent time-management, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $106,500 – $171,500/year, plus bonus and benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, paid leave, and educational support.

Work Model:
Hybrid schedule: Onsite every other week (M-F) in a Fidelity office.

Certifications:
Series 07, 09, 10, and 66 (or 63/65) – FINRA
