Role Overview:
As a Business Consulting Manager, you will support financial services clients in transforming their retail banking and consumer lending operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive projects in areas like consumer banking optimization, ecosystem modernization, workforce transformation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project workstreams, oversee junior resources, and ensure consistent delivery.
• Conduct current and future state assessments, process reengineering, and operational implementation.
• Contribute to EY initiatives, client development, and brand growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in consumer banking, lending, fintech, or related fields.
• Expertise in channel transformation, consumer banking products, and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience with technology-enabled solutions, process automation, and vendor selection is a plus.
