Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive adoption and partnerships in India’s web3 ecosystem. Reports to the APAC Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development, managing deals from sourcing to closure.
• Engage top founders, enterprises, and ecosystem players.
• Support projects building on Polygon to enhance adoption.
• Strengthen relationships with developers, startups, and financial institutions.
• Execute Tier 1, 2, and 3 partnerships.
• Expand the ecosystem through initiatives like Founders House and web3 meetups.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, and Engineering teams.
• Provide market insights and ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth in web3.
• Experience working with developers in BD, Developer Enablement, or Solutions Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and web3 applications.
• Excellent deal-making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM and collaboration tools.
