Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Produce internal and external documentation
  • Optimize processes and reduce bottlenecks
  • Implement systems and train teams for operational excellence
  • Conduct market research and data analysis

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or start-ups
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with data tools (Google Sheets, SQL, BI)
  • Experience with process automation and AI/ML tools
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
