About the Role
The Business Operations & Strategy team partners with Coinbase leadership to tackle high-impact strategic projects and operational challenges. We are hiring Associates and Senior Associates to help drive key initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve complex strategic problems for leadership.
• Research competitors and the evolving crypto landscape to guide decisions.
• Develop data-driven business cases and implement changes across products.
• Enhance processes, experiment with solutions, and scale operations.
• Recruit and develop team members.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in business strategy (consulting, finance, operations, etc.).
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for problem-solving and scalable processes.

Preferred

• Experience in crypto or blockchain industries.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Proficiency in SQL, Dune Analytics, or Etherscan.

Pay & Benefits
Annual salary: $127,075–$170,000 USD (plus bonus, equity, and benefits).
