Business Operations Manager - Keyrock

Role Overview:

• Act as the bridge between product, risk, compliance, legal, finance, and security.
• Define and streamline processes to meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Lead product operations, identify dependencies, and remove blockers swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control Function Alignment:
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, finance, and security teams.
  • Maintain audit-ready and regulatory compliant processes.
• Business Unit Support:
  • Identify and address operational requirements.
  • Oversee integrations and manage technical, legal, and compliance aspects.
• Process Optimization:
  • Enhance and scale product management workflows.
  • Manage and optimize processes for deal approvals and outsourcing.
• Documentation & Analytics:
  • Build central repositories for documentation and competitive intelligence.
  • Monitor product analytics and report key metrics.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Facilitate smooth communication among teams.
  • Lead special projects and support training initiatives.

Background & Experience:

• 5+ years in business/product operations, compliance, or related fields in finance/trading/crypto.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Experience in algorithmic or high-frequency trading is a plus.
• Degrees are preferred; certifications (Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) are an advantage.
