Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary CEO / Head of Digital Assets to lead the strategy, growth, and management of institutional-grade digital asset finance products. This role focuses on fund structuring, market positioning, and driving institutional adoption of blockchain-based financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and scale Mantle’s digital asset index funds, bridging TradFi and DeFi.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee fund structuring, compliance, and global licensing; build institutional distribution strategies.
• Growth & Partnerships: Expand AUM, forge partnerships with banks, hedge funds, custodians, and CEXs.
• Product Innovation: Introduce institutional-grade custody, liquidity solutions, and blockchain-based financial products.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Mantle at global events, drive institutional adoption of blockchain finance.

Requirements

• 8+ years in business development or sales, 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with institutional clients in Web3, blockchain, or TradFi.
• Expertise in liquidity management, custody solutions, and token economics.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
