Your Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in managing priorities, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO.
• Make strategic decisions on behalf of the CEO.
• Streamline operations and drive efficiency across the organization.
• Manage communication and coordination among senior leaders.
• Provide strategic insights based on data analysis and trends.
• Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring functional delivery.
• Collaborate with HR for leadership strategies, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and materials for meetings.

What You’ll Need

• 6+ years in project management or strategy and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem and products.
• Experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional efforts.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Confidence in change management and anticipating issues.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence decision-making and drive execution.
