Job Requirements

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of using data insights to optimize compensation and performance systems.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively drive organizational changes and program implementation.
Adaptable to an international work environment, with cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in both Mandarin and English.
