Job Responsibilities

 

  • Compensation and Benefits Optimization: Design and enhance the company's compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and market adaptability, thereby increasing employee satisfaction and organizational appeal.
  • Performance Management System Development: Establish and implement a transparent and fair performance management process, providing employees and teams with clear development paths to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Incentive Program Design and Implementation: Design attractive short-term and long-term incentive plans aligned with company strategic goals and talent needs to effectively attract, motivate, and retain key talent.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor the effectiveness of compensation, benefits, and performance management initiatives, offering data-driven insights and continuous improvement recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on knowledge in compensation, benefits, and performance management. Candidates with experience in large internet companies are preferred.
  • Proficient in areas such as compensation structure design, benefits planning, incentive measures, and performance management, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of using data insights to optimize compensation and performance systems.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively drive organizational changes and program implementation.
  • Adaptable to an international work environment, with cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in both Mandarin and English.
