Conduct daily monitoring of payments and crypto activity across our consumer product offerings.
Process crypto and fiat movements between accounts in the Blockchain ecosystem.
Manage day-to-day Finance Operations tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to address elevated customer inquiries.
Create and maintain operational workflows and procedures.
Work closely with our product, compliance, engineering and customer success teams to improve our existing processes and create a better experience for our users.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1-2+ years of operations experience preferred OR a Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Degree with an interest in working within Financial Services/Cryptocurrency
Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and understanding of payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, card payments)
Experience in an operations or payments processing role, or in the financial industry is an advantage
An analytical mindset: you will be viewing large data sets and investigating customer accounts at a deep level.
Passion for creating a positive customer experience that is highly responsive, professional and qualitative.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work as a team to identify process improvements.
Fluent verbal and written English (C1/C2). Other business functional languages are advantageous.
