Role Overview:

  • Be the frontline for client experience in Spain, reporting directly to the Care Manager.
  • Support team: The sole Spanish speaker in the Care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to simple cases using macros and automated responses.
  • Provide proactive feedback to the Care and Country Manager for Spain.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product teams to report bugs and feature requests.
  • Regularly update the FAQ with new platforms/features.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Walty, our customer support bot.
  • Innovate throughout the customer journey with the department head.
