Robinhood is seeking early talent and recent graduates to join our Customer Experience (CXR) Pathway Program, designed to develop future financial services professionals. This program provides paid study time, licensing support (FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63), and hands-on customer experience training through chat, email, and phone support.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with a range of financial inquiries.
  • Deliver outstanding service via multiple communication channels.
  • Develop financial expertise and complete licensing exams.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer support processes.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
