Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and document analysis reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma, ideally in finance.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly within e-commerce or finance.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer service operations and problem-solving, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
