Binance offerings range from trading and finance to education, research, payments, institutional services, Web3 features, and more. In this role, you will manage inquiries related to Binance financial derivatives, resolve customer complaints, improve service quality, and handle emergencies efficiently. You will also be responsible for documenting reports, optimizing processes, and performing ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in finance
  • Prior customer support experience, ideally in e-commerce or finance
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
  • Familiarity with CS operations and strong problem-solving abilities
