We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support through our ticketing and live chat systems to address user inquiries, complaints, and identity verification on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via tickets and live chat.
  • Document customer requests and feedback accurately, collaborating with other teams as needed.
  • Manage customer issues, special cases, and other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service (preferably in finance) is a plus.
  • College degree required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English; an additional language is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, integrity, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to work shifts and a passion for both customer service and the crypto industry.
