Customer Success Officer - Waltio

Temporary Customer Success Officer (Mid-January 2025 - End of June 2025)
Location: Paris or Lyon

Role Overview:

• First point of contact between customers and support/product teams
• Manage customer inquiries via Intercom
• Address simple requests with automated responses
• Provide feedback for long-term customer support improvements
• Report bugs and suggest new features
• Regularly update FAQs and improve customer support bot "Walty"

Profile Sought:

• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or taxation
• Fluent in French (written & spoken)
• Experience in customer support, ideally in startups
• Curious, versatile, and empathetic with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail in French grammar and syntax
