At Coinbase, our mission is to increase global economic freedom through blockchain and crypto technology. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) team, focused on improving customer service, efficiency, and support operations through data-driven insights.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop metrics, self-service tools, and analyses to improve customer experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage a long-term analytics roadmap.
• Identify and address areas for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
• Drive the development and adoption of self-service analytic tools at scale.
• Use data to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and performance improvements.
• Support the team with ETL processes, code reviews, and analytics technologies.
• Ensure high standards of statistical rigor, experimentation, and causal analyses.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in data analytics, focusing on quality measures in an operational environment.
• Experience in transforming unstructured data into actionable insights and managing agent performance.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to solve business needs.

Preferred:

• Experience with report automation (Python, R), AWS, and financial regulations.
• Knowledge of QMS and learning metrics.

Salary: $131,325 - $154,500 USD, plus target bonus, equity, and benefits.
