Role Overview: As a Data Engineer in our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will help drive seamless data solutions at scale, enabling Analytics and Operations to function effectively. You’ll work on developing data pipelines, automating processes, and creating self-service data products to empower our global users.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a data layer for CX, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
• Develop robust data pipelines and automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create data solutions that address customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable self-service analytics.
• Break down complex business problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Optimize data infrastructure for efficiency and cost.
• Work with analysts to solve data challenges and optimize workflows.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Python and advanced SQL for data manipulation and performance optimization.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and tools like Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Superset or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (e.g., GPT).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices.

Compensation:

• Salary: $147,900–$174,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
